LabCorp Announcement: Testing Options for COVID-19

LabCorp currently offers several options for COVID-19 tests that identify if individuals are infected or may have been infected with the coronavirus. Testing is an important part of health and safety, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get critical information.

We now offer COVID-19 antibody blood tests nationwide through our patient service centers and tens of thousands of physician offices. There are no upfront out-of-pocket costs to people who receive an order for a test through a doctor or healthcare provider, including telemedicine providers.

I'm interested in having an anti-body test.  However, I want one that is reliable.  I understand they are about 50% accurate.  In late January when I was trying to paint my extra bedroom, I kept running out of breath, and I had constant headaches.  I also had dizziness along with a plugged ear that lasted a couple months.  I also had a slight bout with what they are finding on some children which is labeled "Covid toes."  I only had it for a few days, and only on one foot.  Yet, when I look back on that experience, and the fact my daughter, son-in-law and grandson developed full blown Covid 19, I'm interested in being tested for anti-bodies.

Good morning Roy. The cry for testing is a political stunt! If you need a drug you need a prescription from a doctor. If you need a test you need an order from a doctor. Does everyone need a test, "no"! Does everyone need antibiotics, "no"! Enjoy your day!

Great information, Roy. My husband had a covid test yesterday in advance of eye surgery on Monday. He passed with flying colors.

I like the look of the blue flower more than I like the thought of getting tested for covid, haha.
