The memories of each Christmas ornament

The memories of each Christmas ornament

Dolores and I wish you a Very Merry Christmas. On this Christmas Eve, many of us are enjoying our own Christmas tree. As you enjoy the decorations in your home, give some thought to the memories behind each ornament on your tree.

Use your imagination for the stories behind our ornaments.

Love, love, love your ornaments, Roy. Of course, I'm the woman with ornaments for four trees! Unpacking my ornaments each year to decorate my trees is like saying hello to old friends I hadn't seen for a while... and they bring back lovely memories of Christmas's past.

Dear Roy Kelley and Dolores - Your partial collection of Christmas ornaments are truly special and beautiful. I can just imagine how much fun it is to unwrap each one before Christmas to hang on your Christmas tree. There must be some at the tippy top, some in front, the back, and bottom branches. Each one does tell a story about where you were, what you've done, and how you celebrated the years. If those ornaments could talk everything they said would be summed up in one word - LOVE!

Merry Christmas to both of you!

When my kids were little, we bought each of them an ornament each year.  Then when they had homes of their own, they took them with them to decorate their trees.  It's neat to see them to this day.

I am late to this post, but smiled when I read the title.  We buy souveniers from our travels as ornaments.  When we hang them every year on the tree it's like walk down memory lane.  What joy ornaments and the spirit of the holidays are.  Hope it was a joyful holiday and a Happy New Year!

All the best, Michelle
