City of Gaithersburg Public Hearings on Monday, December 2nd

The Mayor and City Council and Planning Commission will hold two joint public hearings on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. The first involves a proposed zoning ordinance amendment to continue the on-site parking requirement exemption within the Olde Towne District. The amendment also corrects a few minor housekeeping items. The second hearing is for the Sketch Plan for a new 9.5 acre park at the former Consumer Product Safety Commission site off of Rt. 28. Testimony can be made at the meeting or can be submitted via e-mail to planning@gaithersburgmd.gov until the closing of the records. The agenda will be available here.
