Happy Hour at Home Beer Selection: Elysian Bifrost Winter Ale

My happy hour at home beer selection was the Elysian Bifrost Winter Ale by Elysian Brewing Company, Inc. in Seattle, Washington. This was a good selection. 8.3% ABV. Drink responsibly.

Bifrost is our lively winter brew, a bold pale ale with citrus and earthy bop character balanced by a smooth malt backbone. Unfiltered and may contain sediment.

Somehow when I read that winter ale label, I picture a really light brew in a blue bottle.  I think they need the aid of Ron and Alexandra Seigel to get the marketing right.  But, it sounds like they got the product right, since you enjoyed it!
