Happy Hour Beverage: Raspberry Black Russian

My beverage selection for our happy hour at home was a Raspberry Black Russian. This is a simple combination of Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka and Cafe Lolita Coffee Liquor over ice in a cocktail glass. Give it a try if you like Black Russian cocktails. I use 1.5 oz. of Cafe Lolita and 2 oz. of vodka.

A Raspberry Black Russian Cocktail sounds delicious and perfect for your happy hour selection.  I'm looking forward to giving it a try.  Thanks for the great idea.

I'm getting a bit woozy just reading the ingredients but it does sound like a fun festive drink!

That drink sounds yummy, Roy!  I remember drinking White and Black Russians quite a bit during the 1970s.  I need to try a little deja vu all over again.

This definitely checks all the boxes for a delightful drink Roy. I'll have to try it next time I'm out with friends.

It would be fun to try this cocktail with ice cream rather than ice. We will have to give it a try!

Dear Roy,

Sounds good, but not a big drinker, other than real coffee. Congratulations on reaching 5 million points. It seems you were a single millionaire only recently.
