Ride On Route 301 Riders Don't Need Advance Reservations for the  Glenstone Museum

 

DURING JANUARY AND FEBRUARY:  If you ride the Route 301 to the Glenstone Museum, you do NOT need advance reservations.  Here are details:

 

  1.        The newly expanded Glenstone Museum is one of the hottest tickets in town.
  2.        Free reservations are booked solid months in advance.
  3.        RIDE ON BUS RIDERS DO NOT NEED ADVANCE RESERVATIONS.
  4.        Arrival times are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  5.        There are four buses daily 10-3 from the Rockville Station of the Red Line on the           Route 301 bus.
  6.        There are 18 seats on each bus.
  7.        Buses return to the Rockville Station all day until 6:06 p.m.

Glenstone Museum is open Thursday–Sunday 10 a.m.–5 p.m. with visits scheduled on the half hour until 3:00 p.m. Admission to Glenstone is always free. Plan your visit.

Hi there Roy, sounds like a bus ride might be the best bet for visiting the Glenstone Museum on a whim. From the sounds of things, this is a hot ticket.
