Thank you for sharing. I do remember where most of the ornaments on my tree came from also. It's fun to visit memories during tree decorating.

Good morning Roy. We do have a set with a story behind each one. They were added every year for many years. Time to pass them on to my son for it to continue. Enjoy your day!

Good morning, Roy... beautiful ornaments. I've collected ornaments for over 40 years and always say that unpacking them each year is like meeting up with old friends... there are so many in my collection that bring back lovely memories of how/when I acquired them, who gifted them to me, etc.

Unwrapping the ornaments and decorating the tree brings back so many wonderful memories from each Christmas past. Every one holds a special memory.

I love the memories that the ornaments on a tree represent and on my Mom's tree, I still get to see pictures of myself as a kid.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday to you and Chef Dolores.  Have a beautiful,
loving holiday.  Yes, I also treasure my Christmas ornaments that go back to my childhood.

Nina Hollander

Dolores knows the history of every ornament. She should put it in writing.

Roy Kelley oh my gosh... if I did that Roy, with collections for four trees, I'd be writing a history until next Christmas!

Beautiful ornaments Roy. It looks as if you and Delores favor the balls of one maker.  I enjoy the tradition of picking out an ornament each year and am glad that the tree no longer needs the "generic" Christmas balls unless we want to put them on.

Those are unique looking Christmas ornaments, Roy.  When my kids were growing up, we use to get one new ornament for each child, each year.  When they grew up and left home, they took their collection with them.
