Day Trip to Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, PA

Chef Dolores and I took a day trip to Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA to tour the gardens and to photograph the flowers in the American Dahila Society Show. We took over 600 photographs and now I have a lot of editing to do. It is a very good time to visit Longwood Gardens. Click on the link to reach the website and plan your visit.

We did take a break for lunch to enjoy a bowl of mushroom soup and a Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA. 6% Alc. by Vol.

I'm sure your new photographs will not need much editing Roy. You and Chef Delores are very sharp with your picture taking!

Never mind my question, Roy.  I used Google Maps and it says 2 hours and 15 minutes.

The Google Maps travel estimate is correct. Longwood Gardens is close enough for a day trip but it does make a full day.

No added zeros. We took over 600 photographs at Longwood Gardens. The American Dahlia Society Show was very large and name tags are included in the number of photographs.

Roy, soon as I read the title of your post today - remembered that mushroom soup - YUM!   I am sure you both had a great time, and look forward to seeing your photos.
