Maryland Blogger: Baked Scallops and Sparkling Rose Wine

Baked Scallops and Sparkling Rose Wine

Baked Scallops and Sparkling Rose Wine

Chef Dolores prepared one of her signature dishes for dinner, baked scallops. The sides were butter beans and the best fresh corn of the season. Delicious!

Our beverage selection was Schloss Biebrich Rose Sekt, Fine Rose Sparkling Wine from Germany. We found this wine at a Trader Joe's store in Virginia.

You can help folks stay informed during an emergency. During difficult weather or emergencies, check on your neighbors, especially those who may need assistance. All it takes is a phone call, text message, or a knock on the door to make sure neighbors are doing okay

It's not only important to have an emergency kit in your home, have one in your car. Don't let weather, car troubles, or road closures take you by surprise. Check out this list of items to keep in your car during the fall & winter.
