Farfalle Pasta with Heirloom Tomato Vodka Sauce

Chef Dolores had another winning combination for dinner at home. She used Delallo 100% organic Farfalle No. 87 100% whole wheat pasta with Toigo Farms Heirloom Tomato Vodka Sauce and added some freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a wonderful pasta dish.

The wine selection was Naked Grape California Cabernet Sauvignon.

I haven't tried that brand.  I usually make two or three kinds of spaghetti sauce in the fall, when the tomatoes are more than ripe.  I jar it up, and then store it in the freezer.

Roy, I made a dish somewhat similar to Dolores, and bet yours was better.  I am not a cook.
