This is a tiny place, Roy.  I'm guessing that the brewing process happens somewhere else.

Roy, that is a small place, and did the patrons really have to use an outhouse?

If you gotta go, the outhouse is your destination.

We did not use the facility.

Roy, It doesn't have to be large to be good. Another nice find from the two of you!

Views from the Village
Presentation by Child Holocaust Survivor Sylvia Rozines
Thursday, June 14
1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
Kentlands Clubhouse

"When the war began in 1939, I was four years old. My family and I were forced into the Lodz ghetto where I spent six years. Each day my father would hide me because the Nazis wanted to take away the children. I lived in constant fear."
-Sylvia Rozines

Sylvia Rozines was born Syvvia Permuter in 1935 in Lodz, Poland. In 1939, Sylvia, her parents Isaac and Haya, and her older sister Dora, were among the 160,000 Jews the Germans forced to live in the Lodz ghetto. In 1942, when the Germans began searching the ghetto for young children, Sylvia's father scrambled around daily to find a place for Sylvia to hide. In 1944, he hid Sylvia and 11 other children in a ghetto cellar where they lived for a year. In 1945, The Soviet army liberated the Jews, but not before many of them had died. Of the 160,000 Jews who lived in the Lodz ghetto, only 800 adults and 12 children survived. Sylvia and her family were among the survivors.

I love a good micro-brew.  I just don't enjoy them as often as I used to.  Sounds great.

Roy,

What a quaint place to house a micro brew facility.  So happy you shared with us.
