If you follow my blog posts, you already know that I am active in a number of Facebook groups where I post some of my photographs. If you are interested in photography and in groups based in other countries, you may wish to join World of Dream Lens, a Facebook group with over 21,000 members. This group is based in India. Just click on the link to reach the group.

Latitude Observatory Volunteer Trainingobservatory
The Gaithersburg Latitude Observatory is an important part of the City's history. Observatory Park celebrates that history and tells the story of the stargazing work that went on there for nearly a century, helping with global latitude measurements. The Community Museum is seeking volunteers to staff events that are held at the Observatory throughout the year.
