Dog Haus Biergarten Opens in Bethesda, Maryland

Dog Haus Biergarten opened its first east coast location in Bethesda, Maryland on Friday, April 13, 2018. They will celebrate the new restaurant by giving away Haus Dogs on Saturday, April 21 from 11 a.m. to Midnight. Click on the above link to reach the website to sign up for notifications of special offers. The happy hour is daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

"Dog Haus creates hand-crafted all beef hot dogs and sausages with no added nitrates, 100% Black Angus beef burgers and one Bad Mutha Clucka, all of which are made with hormone- and antibiotic-free meat and served on King’s Hawaiian rolls, all of which have garnered critical acclaim and national attention. To chase it down, guests can select great craft beers from a tap list emphasizing local favorites or a signature cocktail, and they can finish their meals on a sweet note with premium shakes or soft-serve ice cream. Open for lunch and dinner daily, guests can choose from signature, one-of-kind Haus creations or customize their own from a wide array of unique toppings.

Founded by partners Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz and Andre Vener, three friends who share a passion for creativity, quality and commitment to community, the first Dog Haus opened in Pasadena, California in 2010."

I like a good hot dog from time to time. I know others will enjoy this place too.

A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for a portion of Montgomery County, Maryland until 10:30 am today, Monday, April 16. Flash flooding of streams, creeks and low lying areas is occurring or imminent.   Do not drive through flooded areas.

Most flood deaths occur in automobiles. Never drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. Flood waters are usually deeper than they appear. Just one (1) foot of flowing water is powerful enough to sweep vehicle off the road. When encountering flooded roads make the smart choice...turn around...don't drown.
