Coffee with a Cop, Lake Marion Community Center

Montgomery County, Maryland police officer Kim Jones has announced the next session of Coffee with a Cop that will take place at the Lake Marion Community Center in Montgomery Village from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018. This is a good opportunity to have an informal chat with police officers in the 6th District. They want to address your questions and know about your public safety concerns.

Hi Roy Kelley - Coffee with a Cop sounds wonderful! More communities should do this. We have them in Flower Mound but I always seem to have a conflict. Someday, I hope to find the time because I think it would be very beneficial.

Coffee with a Cop sounds like a lovely way to show appreciation for the police dept and to discuss the issues at hand.

Community policing is always optimal. I hope many take the opportunity to have Coffee with a Cop. It's important to work together to keep communities safe. D

We owe respect and honor to police force. Having a cup of coffee together is a good way to share.

Good morning Roy.  I wonder if they would appreciate it if I brought some donuts?

I think communities that host events similar to "Coffee with a Cop" are light years ahead in building relationships with law enforcement.
