Happy Hour at Carrabba's Italian Grill, Germantown, MD

The happy hours at Carrabba's Italian Grill in Germantown, Maryland feature special prices on the drinks and half price on a selection of appetizers. We usually sit in a booth in the bars area to take advantages of the specials. Click on the above link to view the menu.

During a recent visit, Cristina was our server and she took good care of us. The house Chardonnay, name unknown, was good and we enjoyed two appetizers. Shrimp Scampi, eight shrimp prepared with garlic, white wine and a lemon butter sauce and served with baked bread.  Zucchini Fritte, hand breaded, lightly fried and served with roasted garlic aioli. We did not need dinner after sharing these appetizers!

The happy hour vists are definitely one of the benefits of retirement. I would never have a drink if I were meeting with a prospect or a client.

Not having those phone calls at night makes it easier to enjoy some good books.

We like to enjoy Happy Hour too - and generally, it does ruin our appetitie for dinner. Sounds like you had a good time. D

Most of the time, our happy hour visits to local restaurants are a substitute for dinner.

Hi Roy, agree with Endre, that you are so fortunate to be retired and able to enjoy the 'Happy Hours.'  The appetizers sounded yummy and in fact, I know they are because we have a number of Carrabba's in the Orlando area - one just down the road from us.  Love your beautiful Dahlia.
