Maryland Blogger: photo editor for real estate and flowers photo editor for real estate and flowers photo editor for real estate and flowers

Every real estate professional understands that outstanding photographs are necessary when marketing residential real estate.  When prospective home buyers are reviewing homes on the internet as they compile a list of properties they wish to see with their buyer agent, homes that are presented with poor or missing photographs tend to be quickly eliminated from consideration.

Photo editing allows us to improve almost every photograph. Sometimes the photographs need to be cropped or enhanced and we want to have the edited photograph readily accessible on our computer.

In the past, many of used Picnik and were disappointed when Picnik closed. iPiccy was created to replace Picnik.  For some time, I have been using as my photo editor. iPiccy is a web-based photo editing application that allows users to quickly and easily edit, enhance and share their photographs from any internet browser. And, iPiccy is a free service.

Improve all of your real estate photographs by careful editing.

You will find that is quite useful for editing your personal photographs. Some of the vacation shots or pictures of the kids could use a little adjustment.  If you follow my blogs, you know that I use a lot of flower photographs. is the editor that I use for my flower photography.

We have to be very serious with our real estate photographs but can have some fun with our flower pictures. In the following photographs, the first picture is the original that has be edited for normal use and the second image has been edited by adding some color and imagination just for fun.

I used to use only Ipiccy but since I found canva, it is only canva.

Your flower photos are always wonderful but you've done some fun stuff here. I think I like the top 2 the best!

I use Ipiccy as well as Ribbet - I like them both

What fun!  I use Ipicccy to tweak my listing photos and you're right, there's not a lot of room for creativity.  I took an entire  car out of the driveway once, though.

Those flowers are all beautiful, Roy!  But, the pink and blue Clematis are my favorites.

CONGRATULATIONS on having this blog FEATURED in the PHOTOS group!

The highlight of our Father's Day weekend was a Saturday day trip to Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA.
