Maryland Blogger: Korean Lunch from Lotte

Korean Lunch from Lotte

Korean Lunch from Lotte

Chef Dolores loves to shop at our local Lotte Plaza Asian & International Market stores. For lunch, we had Korean hand rolls, fried crab fish cakes and mat kimchi. The beverage was warm sake. Cookies for dessert.

Life is good in Gaithersburg!

That does sound like a lovely lunch and so well thought out. What a nice change from a sandwich lunch.
