Happy Hour Beverage: Angeline Chardonnay from California

Angeline Chardonnay is one of the wines we enjoyed while attending a holiday open house at the home of friends. This wine is from the Russian River Valley in California. This is an inexpensive selection that you may wish to serve at one of your parties.

Roy,

The Russian River area is one of the loveliest places to visit in Sonoma County.  We love the wines from there, and they are often less expensive because no one thinks in terms of the Russian River .  They also have great Pinot wines.  Thanks for the intro to Angeline. A

Hi Roy.  I have never heard of Angeline or the Russian River.  Thanks for the intro.

Roy thanks for the tip. We host a lot of parties and events and I'm always on the lookout for reasonable and good wines.  I'll have to try this wine!

Thanks for introducing me to another wine. I am not familiar with Angeline and will check it out - but I have enjoyed other Russian River wines a great deal

Roy, the only white I enjoy is a Chard, but it has to be the "old" way that California used to be famous for, buttery and oaky (and for some reason, it's fallen out-of-favor).

Roy - I will check the local wine store for it tonight.  I have to pick up some white wine.

Your Chardonnay suggestion looks very inviting. AND do I see fresh looking sprigs of green in the photo? How nice to see green again.
