Blogging Beverage: Heavy Seas Powder Monkey Pale Ale

If you enjoy Pale Ales, you may will to try Heavy Seas Powder Monkey Pale Ale by Clipper City Brewing Company in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a good beverage to have along with some Maryland blue crabs.

Beeradvocate Review

Maryland- English Pale Ale- World Beer Cup Bronze medal 2010. This ale is distinctly British in character with a firm maltiness and a crisp, angular hop finish. It is amber in color with a nice earthy aroma, making this extremely pleasant to drink.

Hey, that is quite the coincidence, as I just had one of these last night, haha.  It was very tasty and would be great to have while blogging!

Hi Roy Kelley ,  That's quite a name for an Ale.  Have a great weekend.  Have one for me!

I have to wonder where some of the names of the craft beers come from. This is an interesting name.

Debbie Laity

The names of craft beers tend to be creative. That is part of the fun.

Roy I think you've got a pretty good match there with the crab and the beer.  Have a great weekend.

Sounds tasty Roy, I love Pale Ales. Cheers, I bet we get to clink glasses or beer bottles one of these days.

I thought we had a pretty good selection of specialty beers and ales here in California; but it seems you have access to quite a selection on the east coast as well.

Sounds like someone special had a birthday. Happy Birthday? I like the design of the label. I always choose wine with good labels. Nice picture too of this very common flower made so elegant by your photography. As you have suggested, I am trying to take some pictures of flowers too.

Thanks, Tina, for your comments. I will be watching for your flower photographs.
