Kentlands Community Photowalking, Gaithersburg, Maryland

We always advise prospective home buyers to take walks through the communities that interest them.  You can see so much more by walking than by just a quick drive.  And, you might even have a chance to talk with some of the people in the neighborhood.

When you live in a community, photowalking is a form of relaxation and exercise that benefits most of us that develop a photowalking habit.  I like to walk through our home community of Kentlands and the next community, Lakelands.  It is easy to put aside the problems of the day when you focus your attention and your camera on a blooming flower or a neighborhood squirrel.

Have a very special week with your camera in hand.

Roy, your neighborhood has some great flowers for photowalking.  That is a great photo of the squirrel.

Agreed Roy! Spending time in a neighborhood is important. A quick walk through and the an offer can keep one from learning more about the surrounding areas. Finish your day well.

Roy, it is an excellent idea to photo-walking and refreshing for a break when someone sitting in-front of the computer for too long.

Roy, here in Southwest Florida, most foiliage is just green in most front yards. Not much to photgraph really! But, that walk to clear your head is just as exhilarating! Enjoy your day!

Photowalking is good here in the spring and late fall, Roy. Right now we do our walking at 5am when it's still cool. Those are fabulous photos of flowers. And the squirrel too.

Good Morning Roy, What beautiful photos this morning. I love your advice that all buyers should walk through a community before buying. It is one of the best ways to get a feel for it, see the real neighborhood and speak with current residents.  Have a great Friday.

Hi Roy,  Looks like you snuck up on that squirrel.  The flowers are so pretty this time of year.  I bought two big bunches of gladiolas at the grocery store yesterday and yes they did make me glad.

Hi Roy, I was enjoying all the different flowers and then came upon the squirrel. Cute for sure but I have never heard it referred to as a tree rat. Comment #14. Guess it is an East coast West coast type thing, LOL.
