100% Mortgage Financing Available for Eligible Doctors
Senior Mortgage Banker Peggie Shiei (Shea) has advised us that 100% mortgage financing is available for eligible doctors. Fidelity Bank Mortgage is offering loan amounts up to $1,500,000 for medical doctors who have completed their residency and loans to $417,000 for medical doctors currently in their residency/fellowship.
This financing applies to single family homes and only for primary residences. No mortgage insurance is required. This Fidelity Bank Mortgage product is subject to normal credit approval criteria.

Thanks for the info and tip. Fidelity Bank is really going on a limb wanting to lend to Doctors!!! Everyone wants to lend money to Doctors. My full time gig finds me CFO for a Dr. I know what I am talking about. Big risk takers that they are?? Spare me..

Sorry about my comment as it was intended towards you as you are giving all of us an excellent tip. We here at my Dr. Client gig are plagued by salespeople wanting to sell my boss everything under the sun and lend money at the drop of a hat. Who doesn't want to get a Dr. for client??
Thanks for your comments. This financing is an opportunity for young doctors that have not yet had time to build cash reserves to become home owners. I welcome the opportunity to assist them.

All these programs are good whether Doctors, Teachers, Firemen etc we need to give them a break as long as they give something back.
