This is almost the end of the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC. There are only two more days left to enjoy the festivities, so make sure you attend the National Cherry Blossoms Parade this Saturday.
Day and Time: April 9, 10 AM - Noon, rain or shine
Location: Constitution Avenue from 7th to 17th streets, NW (map)
Cost: FREE along Parade route, $17/person for Grandstand Seating
The National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade is one of Washington, DC's largest public events of the year. About 100,000 spectators from around the world participate in this event.
The parade includes decorated floats, gigantic colorful helium balloons, marching bands, clowns, horses, antique cars, military, celebrity performances, cultural performing groups, and music. This is a great event for the entire family and people of all ages.
